Registration Desk
The MSA hospitality desk will be located in the conference centre of the venue hotel (The Westin Dragonara). Delegates may obtain their conference material and request meeting assistance from this desk.

The collected personal data (name, address, e-mail) is intended for the express purpose of organizing this event. Only your name, name of organization/company and country will appear in the list of delegates that will be part of the delegates information pack.
Business facilities
A Business centre is available on ground floor. Services are available to all guests staying at the Westin or using any of its facilities at a charge depending on the type of service needed.
Coffee breaks and Lunch
Morning and afternoon refreshments will be served to meeting delegates during the coffee breaks. Buffet lunch is provided at the venue hotel.
Participants Identification
For security reasons, all delegates and accompanying persons are requested to wear their participant's badge throughout the week in order to gain access to meetings and social programmes.
Electricity
The electrical supply is 230 volts +/- 10%. The frequency of the supply is 50 hertz. The three-pin rectangular plug system is used, as in Britain. Adapters are very easy to find and delegates are requested to bring their own adapters.

Free wireless internet is provided at the lobby and reception foyer
For conference centre and business centre and outdoor areas the below rates applies. Cards can be bought from the business centre on level 3.
